It is a classic anionic surfactant used in many cleaning and hygiene products. GODREJ SLES L24 - 230 is mainly used in detergents for Rinse off applications. It is a highly concentrated sodium lauryl ether sulphate derived from natural fatty alcohols. Due to its high content of washing active substance is particularly suited for highly concentrated end products, or if raw materials with a lower water content are required. It is a highly effective surfactant and is used in removal of oily stains and residues. For instance; it is found in higher concentrations with industrial products including engine degreasers, floor cleaners, and car wash soaps. In lower concentrations, owing to its foam forming ability and thickening effect, it is used in shampoos, shaving creams, and bubble bath formulation
